Flowstate 1:1 Family Navigation & Somatic Support
Six weeks. Your priorities. A practical plan.
Appointments, school paperwork, and everyday responsibilities take time and attention. Flowstate gives you dedicated support to sort through the details and decide what comes next.
Over six weeks, we organize your information, prepare for important conversations, and build routines around your needs. You bring the priorities. I bring structure, preparation, and practical tools.
Three Areas Of Support
Family & Educational Advocacy Support
We organize school records, develop your list of parent concerns, prepare meeting questions, and draft communications in your voice. You'll have a clear place to track what you want to discuss and what needs follow-up.
Appointment & Resource Navigation
We create a personal health summary, prepare questions for your healthcare team, and compare practical details about providers and community resources. Your preferences, access needs, and budget guide the process.
Practical Somatic Routines
We use body awareness, sensory preferences, rest, and pacing to build routines around your daily demands. Optional gentle movement adds another way to connect with your body. You choose the practices you use, and established healthcare guidance informs our work.
